  • Any licensed driver who meets our age requirements and passes our verification process can rent a vehicle.  

  • Simply create an account, upload your license, and complete the verification process. Once approved, you can book a car and start driving.

  • Pricing varies based on the vehicle, location, and rental duration. You only pay for the time you use, with no hidden fees.  

  • We never charge a deposit, crazy we know

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our platform.  

  • Yes, all Shift Drive rentals include insurance coverage, so you’re protected while on the road

  • In the event of an accident, follow the instructions provided in your rental agreement. Our insurance covers eligible incidents, but you may be responsible for a deductible.  

  • You’ll receive pickup instructions once your booking is confirmed. Returning the car is just as easy—simply follow the drop-off instructions at the designated location.  

  • Only if a shift is not already booked and you have not reached your maximum number of shifts allowed per day

  • As long as you are doing deliveries there is no limit or additional fees(150mi)

  • Shift Drive is designed for gig delivery drivers (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, etc.), and rentals are not currently approved for rideshare services.  

  • If you experience any problems, contact Shift Drive support immediately. We’ll work with the car owner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
